HOW TO REGISTER:

– Complete the form with your information.
– You will indicate whether you want to fish with a Pro, or if you’re bringing your own boat.
– You will tell us how many people in your party will be attending the banquets.
– And let us know where you are staying for the event.
– Email the completed form to the address on the form.
– We’ll confirm your registration and you’re all set.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Charter Fishing fees and Banquet Events can be paid securely using the buttons above. Each link will take you to the secure payment page at the Nuts & Bolts Online store.

Click the link to download your Registration Form. It’s a Word document, so you can fill it out with your computer, or print it out and enter your info by hand. Be sure to complete ALL the items on the form, including the names of all the people you are travelling with. And whether you are bringing a boat or want to fish with a charter captain. Then email the form back to Cefus@NutsAndBoltsFishing.com.

Click the link to go to the Nuts & Bolts of Fishing online store and complete your charter fishing payment. All boats will accommodate up to four anglers. If you come as a single, or a group of less than four, we will add other anglers to fill the boat. However, you can elect to have the boat all to yourself or for your smaller group. Simply pay for the ENTIRE boat for that day. And note that on your Registration Form. Paying for charter fishing grants you a slot on a charter boat. There are no refunds or credits given if you don’t show up.
Crystal River is inshore/nearshore fishing. Most areas will be pristine flats-style fishing, although the Captain may elect to venture a little farther out on the bay.
This is a Rain-Or-Shine event. If it is raining, we still fish. If there are storms in the area, we may delay the morning start for a while to let the storms pass. Safety is our primary concern. The Go, or No-Go, is completely at the Captain’s discretion.
Expect to be at the docks (adjacent to Paddletail Waterfront Lodge) around 7:00am each morning, and back around 2:00pm. Captains carry all bait and tackle, and also cover your Florida Saltwater Fishing license. So you don’t have to worry about that. And yes, you should tip the Captains nicely.

At Thursday night’s Welcome Banquet, you’ll have the opportunity to re-connect with your Fish ‘N Fest buddies, meet some of the Captains, win prizes – including custom made, one-of-a-kind fishing rods, enjoy a great meal, and make new friends.
Saturday night, the Celebration Banquet brings more of the same, plus we recognize the most awesome anglers of the weekend with the Kahuna Awards. There are many more fun awards, including the First To Chum, and our Kiddie Rod competition winners. It’s social…it’s great entertainment…and it’s something you don’t want to miss!
