Our destination is Tarpon Lodge, the perfect launching point to explore Pine Island Sound’s vibrant fishery. October is an excellent time to target snook, redfish, trout, permit and maybe connect with late-running tarpon. The event kicks off with on-site sign-in Thursday afternoon, and every will have a chance to test their casting skills at the SiriusXM Marine/Wet Sounds Casting Contest on the lawn. The Thursday night Welcome Banquet at the Lodge gives everyone a chance to reconnect and meet new friends. Lots of prizes including two custom made fishing rods from Mot’s Custom Rods.
Guided fishing with Pine Island’s finest charter captains will be on Friday & Saturday.
Saturday night’s Celebration Banquet wraps up the weekend with more cool prizes, including a Free Ride to the next Fish ‘N Fest, and we’ll honor the Kahuna Award Winners.
